If your documents impress both our recruiting team and the respective specialist department, we’ll gladly invite you to an initial 45-minute telephone interview. This is followed by a second face-to-face meeting, which we conduct as a structured interview. In addition, we’ll assign you a topic in advance that you’ll have to prepare at home and then present to us during the interview for 5-10 minutes.
