Application Process

Step 2: Submit Documents in One Minute

Easily upload your resume and supporting documents – a cover letter isn’t absolutely necessary.

Step 3: Automatic Confirmation of Receip

As soon as your documents are safe on our server, you’ll receive a confirmation of receipt from us. This takes place automatically and immediately after submitting the online form.

Step 4: We Review Your Application

We are delighted that you are interested in a position with us, which is why your documents will be carefully reviewed by various individuals and departments. You will usually hear back from us within 1 to 2 weeks.

Step 5: Phone Interview

We want to get a feel for who you are. Plan for this call to take about 45 minutes.

Step 6: Face-To-Face Meeting – Ingenics

If you’ve been able to impress us so far, we’ll invite you to visit us in person so we can speak with you directly within the framework of a structured interview. Good to know: We’ll assign you a topic in advance that you’ll present to us during the interview for 5-10 minutes.

Step 6: Face-To-Face Meeting with the

You’ll first be asked to submit a skills profile, which we’ll then present to the client. Next, we’ll invite you to an in-person meeting together with our client. We’ll then proceed to get to know each other during this meeting held at the client’s place of business.

Step 7: Contract Signing

If everyone is satisfied, we’ll work together to find the best area of activity for you, including all the details, and then we’ll soon being saying welcome to the team!

Familiarisation week

You will start with a structured familiarisation period to ensure your best possible start at Ingenics.

You don’t even need to submit a cover letter. After that, the ball is in our court. If your documents impress both our recruiting team and the respective specialist department, we’ll gladly invite you to an initial 45-minute telephone interview. This is followed by a second face-to-face meeting, which we conduct as a structured interview. In addition, we’ll assign you a topic in advance that you’ll have to prepare at home and then present to us during the interview for 5-10 minutes. After that, in the best-case scenario, the only thing left will be to sign the contract and for us to welcome you to the team!

If several locations are specified, we are looking to fill this position at different locations. You are welcome to indicate your desired location. It’s important to note that many positions may require you to work at project locations that differ from your hiring location, so you should be flexible.
