Senior Key Account Manager
As a true account entrepreneur, you will be in charge of creating the new Business Unit. Your credibility in the field, your business culture, and your experience in complex sales will enable you to identify, create, and secure new opportunities.

- Reporting directly to the Director of the French subsidiary and working closely with German management, you will be responsible for the overall diversification of Ingenics Consulting France, with a clear objective: to sustainably develop revenue, profitability, and value for future clients, drawing on your commercial expertise, professional network, and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Business development & account strategy:
- Define and manage the key account development strategy (account plan, medium/long-term vision, growth objectives, CRM)
- Develop revenue and margins by selling high value-added projects and expanding existing scopes
- Identify new business opportunities by mobilizing your network and expanding points of entry with customers
- Build and maintain high-level relationships (senior management, industrial departments, supply chain, transformation, purchasing, etc.)
- Manage customer relationships and projects
- Be the strategic point of contact for the customer, ensuring satisfaction, value delivery, and long-term relationships
- Support the customer throughout the project cycle: scoping, deployment, measurement of gains, sustainability
- Team management and structuring
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of consultants/engineers, acting as a manager-coach
- Provide support, project coaching, and skills development
- Identify and recruit the best talent to support account growth (with support from the back office and in conjunction with internal HR)
Your profile
- Higher education in business, engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience (8–15 years) in key account development, complex project sales, or B2B consulting
- Proficiency in complex sales, strategic negotiation, and key account management
- Multi-sector experience appreciated (industry, energy, logistics, retail, process, services, etc.)
- Strong business and industrial culture, with the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers
- Ability to structure a customer vision, account plan, and growth roadmap
- Good understanding of operational performance issues (lean, operational excellence, supply chain, transformation)
- Natural leadership and experience in team management (engineering profiles), highly autonomous, responsible, and entrepreneurial
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (C1) and English (minimum B2), with German being a plus
- Agility, resilience, and ability to thrive in complex and changing environments
